OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for refunds, exchange or store credit within 14 days of your product being delivered. Please contact us to arrange for your return. Items returned must be unwashed, undamaged and must contain their original tags. Please note that as we are closing for a break, we are unable to process and accept returns beyond August 1st, 2022.
We are unable to accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, received past the return deadline, missing hygiene labels or are not fit for sale, these will be sent back at the customer's own expense or charged a 40% restocking fee.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please contact us first at email@example.com so that we can confirm stock availability for your exchange.
Please note that sale items, customised items, made-to-order items or items bought on offer are final sale, and not returnable or exchangeable.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customised or made-to-order items.
It is recommended that items are shipped back using a trackable, traceable method, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if we do not receive the returned item/the returned item gets lost in transit.
We will refund you for the cost of your item within a week of receiving your returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
